UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – Dr. Matthew Christopher and Associates Dental Office will be sponsoring the float contest before the Union City Santa Parade Saturday night.
The parade will start at 7:00 p.m.. Lineup begins at 5:30 p.m. from Robbins Auto with the float judging at 6:00 p.m..
First place in the float contest is $100, second place is $75 and third place takes $50.
Walkers start from the old Putnam Funeral Home and enter the parade after the initial police escort.

Immediately following the parade Santa will visit with children and adults alike inside at Southern Michigan Bank & Trust.
For a donation of a non-perishable food item(s) or cash donation, children can have their picture taken with Santa.
