MARSHALL, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater’s girls golf team traveled to the Medalist Golf Course north of Marshall on Wednesday to play in a unique Two-Person Scramble event hosted by Olivet High School. Coldwater’s team of McKinley Earles and Alivia Arnold won the event with a score of 79, four strokes ahead of the runner-up.
Coldwater had three other teams competing: Harper Anglin and Payton Longstreet, Rory Simpson and Alana Houtz, and Etta Machan and Kenna Niedzwiecki.
The Cardinals are back in action Thursday in a Pre-Regional Tune-Up at MSU’s Forest Akers East Golf Course, the site of next Monday’s Division 2 Regional.
