COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – It is a little more expensive to fill the gas tank than last week in Michigan. Triple-A Michigan says the average price of a gallon of gas is up six-cents to $3.09 , which is 13-cents less than last month and 27-cents less than last year.
Again this week pump prices around Branch County are slightly above the state average.
In a scan around the county county we found prices ranging anywhere between $3.14 to $3.19 per gallon.
Prices in Hillsdale are as low as $2.59 per gallon, in Sturgis the average $2.90 per gallon and Angola is at $2.87.
You forgot to mention to continued gouging in Coldwater. I just drove to Port Huron, Brighton , Ann Arbor and home over the last two day and saw prices as low as $2.74.9 to as high as $3.17.9 while Coldwater was the only one higher that that at $3.278. I filled in Marshall art $2.99.9 today.
