COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Even though the actual holiday isn’t for two more weeks, Halloween related activities are starting to kick into high gear.
Several trunk-or-treat events have already taken place at area businesses, and another will take place today from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the parking lot of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, sponsored by St. Charles School.
The Branch County Fairgrounds is hosting a weekend long Halloween camping event, beginning this evening. Saturday they will be hosting their third annual trunk-or-treat event at 4:30 p.m., with a number of area businesses and individuals participating.
There will be a haunted barn experience in the fairground’s horse barn from 8:00-10:00 p.m. Saturday. Admission is $2.00 per person. They will also have a designated space for younger children who prefer not to participate in the haunted barn.
There will also be music and a chili cookoff available to the public during the afternoon and evening.
