COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – An 18-year old from Quincy entered into a plea bargain agreement with Branch County Prosecutors on Monday after he was accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile girl last March.
A spokesperson for Branch County Circuit Court says Anthony Michael Davis entered a guilty plea to attempted third degree criminal sexual conduct.
Two original counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct will be dismissed by prosecutors in exchange for the guilty plea.
Davis is scheduled to be sentenced January 14, 2019.
