COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker told the city’s Downtown Development Authority board Wednesday that work is almost done in the Chandler Plaza parking lot, but there were a couple of items that needed to be completed.
One of those items was the pouring of the concrete pad for the dumpster enclosure and the installation of the enclosure gates.
Since the pavement markings didn’t adhere well, another attempt at striping the parking lot will take place in the spring.
Baker added a landscape plan is being finalized, with bidding this winter and installation in the spring.
