COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Several key Branch County government offices, including the Branch County Courthouse, the Branch County Annex Building, and the Public Defenders Office, have announced upcoming closures for two consecutive days next week. The closures are scheduled for Monday, November 10 and Tuesday, November 11.
Monday’s closure is an announced furlough day for county employees. All affected buildings and services will be closed to the public for the full day. The closures continue into Tuesday in observance of the Veterans Day holiday.
Offices and services impacted by the two-day closure include:
Branch County Courthouse
Branch County Annex Building
Veterans Affairs
Burnside Center
Public Defenders Office
MSU Extension
Residents who require services from any of the listed departments are advised to plan accordingly and conduct their business before the closures or wait until regular hours resume on Wednesday, November 12.
Emergency services will remain operational, but administrative offices will be closed.
