COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater B.P.U. Board of Directors approved a pair of power purchase agreements with the Michigan South Central Power Agency on Wednesday night.
CBPU Director Paul Jakubczak had this request for the board concerning an energy project in Fayette County, Ohio.
The second purchase would come from a solar project.
The Board approved both requests following a Closed Session which lasted for about 25 minutes.
The agreements are contingent on City Council approval.
According to the agenda, the Closed Session was held “to consider material exempt from discussion or disclosure by state or federal statue”.
