BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – Bronson residents are encouraged to prepare their leaves for collection this weekend ahead of the city’s scheduled pickup next week.
Crews will begin an intensive effort throughout the city starting Tuesday.
To ensure a smooth process, residents are reminded to rake leaves to the curb but asked to strictly avoid raking them into the street itself. Additionally, piles should be kept clear of obstacles such as signs and poles and must not be placed within the radius of street corners.
The city has set a tentative schedule for the upcoming week although it is dependent on the volume of leaves encountered in each area.
The southwest corner of town is slated for collection on Tuesday, followed by the southeast corner on Tuesday and Wednesday. Crews will move to the northeast corner on Wednesday and Thursday, concluding the week in the northwest corner on Thursday and Friday.
The city says that this schedule is a general guideline and may shift based on actual conditions in each section of town.
