COLDWATER,MI (WTVB)- The Branch Area Food Pantry will conduct their annual distribution of holiday food boxes on Saturday.
The boxes are full of food for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and are intended to help those in need who maybe struggling during the holiday season.

Daoud says they also received hams From Clemmons, Voltek held an employee competition for green beans, bake beans are donated by St. Charles Borromeo, The First Presbyterian church again donated cake mixes, area schools held food drives in addition to food and monetary donations from the community.
Daoud says the tradition of the holiday food boxes had a humble beginning four decades ago
The deadline to register for a holiday food box is Tuesday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the pantry located at
22 Pierson St, in Coldwater.
Distribution will be this Saturday from 10-2 and will be divided into a morning and afternoon session to try and alleviate congestion.
