COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Winter property tax bills will be mailed to residents in the City of Coldwater next week.
City Manager Keith Baker says payments can begin being received on Monday, December 1. Property tax payments are due by February 17, 2026.
The Board of Review is meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday December 9, 2025 to consider year-end adjustments and administrative corrections.
Baker said in his report to the City Council on Monday night that Coldwater residents will have a chance to appeal their property value assessments at the March 2026 Board of Review.
