BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – In boys high school football, the Coldwater Cardinals conclude the Interstate 8 portion of their schedule tonight at Harper Creek. Both squads are playing for pride as they are both 2-4 in the conference and 2-5 overall. Coldwater lost at home to Parma Western last Friday 35-13.
The two teams faced each other in the post season during the last two years. Coldwater won in a 2016 pre-district game 35-14 but the Beavers got revenge last year as they defeated the Cardinals 26-21.
Game time tonight is 7:00 p.m.. Coverage on AM 1590 and FM 95.5 WTVB starts at 6:30 p.m.

Both Quincy and Union City still have post-season hopes. The Orioles and Chargers are both 4-3 and will qualify for the state playoffs if they win their last two games. Both squads are home tonight. The Orioles host Jonesville while the Chargers will welcome Branch County rival Bronson to Alumni Field.
Also during the final night of conference play, Concord is at Homer and Reading will host Springport in a battle of unbeaten teams with the Big 8 championship on the line.
