Nearly 300 people attended last year and department officials are expecting this year’s event will be even larger.
Members of the Bronson Fire Department are also visiting schools to talk to over 650 students about fire safety.
Other organizations such as the Bronson Police Department, Bronson Community Schools, the Coldwater Fire Department and the Branch County Sheriff’s Department are planning to be on hand for this Saturday’s open house.
The Branch County fire safety trailer will be there and there will be family friendly activities which will focus on fire safety.
