Richard Terry “Dick” Pask, 86, of Coldwater passed away peacefully January 4, 2026 at his home.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Eagle Funeral Home George White Chapel in Quincy
He was born January 25, 1939 in Coldwater, to RT and Kitty (Tindall) Pask.
Dick was a lifelong barber and a beloved member of the Coldwater community. His barber shop had a heartbeat of its own—more than a place for haircuts, it was a gathering place filled with conversation, laughter, and friendship. The shop was a constant in his life and the center of his world, second only to his family, whom he loved very much.
Always up for an adventure, Dick enjoyed old cars, fast boats, zip-lining, spending time in Florida and playing cards with friends. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, including coffee at McDonald’s with friends, cold Oreo cookies, and his weekly coffee and doughnuts with “the boys”
at City Glass. These moments and relationships meant everything to him. He was a devoted and loyal friend. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, and connection—values he lived every day behind the barber chair and beyond.
Dick is survived by his partner Missy Bouse, his loving children: Tim (Sonya) Pask, Stacy Pask, Nicole (Dan) Pask- Eliason, Sarah (Joe) Gearhart, Jillian Bouse, Jennifer Morse, and Allison (Darren) Lewis; his cherished grandchildren Paige and Alexis Scott, Tyler and Audrey Gearhart, Bryson Morse, and Zoey and Zane Eliason. He is also survived by his sister, Janice Kuryvail, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members and his beloved dog Clipper.
He was preceded in death by his parents, R.T. and Kitty.
Dick is now in his forever home, resting in the arms of the Lord. His struggles are over, and he has entered into an eternity of peace. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
