COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Numerous Branch County 4-H members were honored for their hard work Tuesday night as awards were presented during the annual Branch County 4-H Recognition Night at the Dearth Center.
The award recipients included Shelby Souva who was given the Bernice and Otis Barnes Memorial Award.
Sebastian Brenneman was given the Randy Byers Memorial 4-H Award with Mary Himebaugh receiving the honorable mention.
The Holly Dengler Memorial 4-H Award was presented to Carleigh Crouch with Kevin Carpenter receiving the honorable mention.
Several 4H leaders were presented with awards for their years of service including Lisa Bowerman who has served for forty years.
Meritorious 4H Volunteer Awards were presented to Connie Lange, Jean and Maryann Sickles as well as to Bill and Deb Uren from the Country Cove Store.
The night is held to honor all 4-H youth award winners, leaders and 4-H state participants.
