BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – Two members of an alleged child pornography ring in the Battle Creek area have been slapped with six more felonies by the Calhoun County Prosecutor’s Office as their alleged victims have told police about other times they were assaulted.
Both Talia Fuhrman and her boyfriend Matthew Toole now face six additional felonies each.
Their alleged crimes include sexually abusing children under 13. They are also charged with multiple counts of manufacturing, possessing and distributing child pornography.
Both waived their preliminary exams on Monday in Calhoun County District Court.
Fuhrman and Toole along with David Bailey of Coldwater and Jayme LaPoint of Athens are charged with conspiracy in Branch County for allegedly planning to kidnap, rape, torture and kill a child. Bond in the Branch County cases has been set at $5 million apiece.
