BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – In girls high school volleyball, Bronson rolled past Jonesville 3-0 (25-13, 25-14, 25-16) in Big 8 Conference action.
Meagan Lasky had 26 assists, Keona Salesman had 11 kills and Kiera Lasky had 10 digs.
Union City beat Reading 3-1 (25-14, 18-25, 25-20, 26-24). Hope Austin had 22 assists for the Chargers while Bracy Swift had 13 kills, Logan Allen had three blocks and Ryanne Pyles had 10 digs.
Coldwater’s junior varsity team lost at Gull Lake 3-2 (25-23, 11-25, 27-25, 11-25 and 5-15)

Bronson Vikings remained number two in Division Three while Camden-Frontier is the top ranked team in Division Four according to this week’s Michigan Interscholastic Volleyball Coaches Association poll.
The 29-5 Vikings are still ranked behind Monroe Saint Mary Catholic Central. Centreville is rated seventh in Division Three.
Camden-Frontier is 17-1 so far this season. North Adams-Jerome got an honorable mention in Division Four.
As for other area teams, Battle Creek Lakeview is ranked eighth in Division One while Parma Western got an honorable mention in Division Two.
