UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – The Union City High School girls basketball team improved to 8-3 in the Big 8 Conference Thursday with 56-48 home win over Stockbridge.
Nala Payne had 18 points, 3 blocks, and 3 assists. Ellie Williams had 13 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, and 6 steals. Calli Wilkinson had 10 point and 5 rebounds. Brooke Thomas finished with 6 points and 5 rebounds.
The Lady Chargers are now 13-5 overall.
Stockbridge wasn’t able to field a JV team due to excessive illness.
