COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater and Branch County’s annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day has been scheduled for Saturday, September 29, 2018.
The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on that day at the Branch County Fairgrounds.
Organizers say it’s free for residents in Coldwater, Bronson and Quincy as well as residents in Coldwater Township, Algansee Township and Ovid Township.
Among the items that will not be accepted are ammunition or explosives, radioactive and shock-sensitive material, household trash or yard waste, infections medical waste, controlled substances, electronics waste, construction materials or debris, miscellaneous car parts, appliances, air conditioning units and tires.
