COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man was arraigned on four charges Tuesday in Branch County District Court in connection with a Saturday morning incident in which he is accused of shooting a gun several times.
24-year-old Luis Miguel Rivera-Diaz is charged with two counts of obstructing or resisting an officer, reckless use of a gun and carrying a concealed weapon.
He was arrested by Coldwater Police on South Clay Street after police responded to a report of shots being fired.
