PLEASANT TOWNSHIP, IN (WTVB) – The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident where a residence in Pleasant Township was struck by gunfire early on February 26, 2026.
While no injuries were reported, multiple shell casings and a projectile were recovered after the incident was reported just after 5:00 a.m. Police also searched the area and found no suspicious vehicles or no one on foot.
Authorities, including the Angola Police and Indiana State Police, are searching for suspects and evidence in the active investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers.
