COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater High School girls basketball team was rewarded for its 10-2 second place finish in the Interstate 8 Conference with five players being named to the first or honorable mention teams.
Senior Mya Porter was named to the All Conference First Team for the fourth year in a row, senior Rylie VanAken earned her second selection, and they were joined by freshman Addy Bucklin.
Senior Coley Burkhardt earned her third straight selection for All Conference Honorable Mention, along with sophomore Audi Bucklin garnering her first selection.
Other members of the Interstate 8 All Conference First Team were Rayah Hitt and Aubree Allen of Parma Western, Ally Koenig and Grace Shubert of Marshall, Shannon Christner of Jackson Northwest, Peyton Rhoades of Pennfield, and Teagen Alexander of Harper Creek.
