COLDWATER, MI (WTVB)- A Butler Township man was arraigned Monday in Branch County District on five charges in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred about a year ago.
43-year-old Corwin Flint was charged with malicious use of a telecommunications service and aggravated stalking after he allegedly threatened a man and his wife.
According to court documents, after the alleged victim called police. Flint was later located by officers in his vehicle where he allegedly had alcohol and marijuana in his possession. That led to charges of possession of marijuana second offense, O.W.I. and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle.
A warrant for Flint’s arrest was requested by Michigan State Police after he was accused of not showing up for a court hearing. Flint was arrested Sunday in Litchfield.
Flint’s bond has been set at $100,000. A probable cause hearing was scheduled for August 23rd with a preliminary exam on August 29th.
