READING, MI (WTVB) – Hillsdale Hospital has announced that its Reading Health Clinic will expand services to include walk-in visits starting April 1.
Located at 143 South Main Street, the clinic will offer walk-in care Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., while maintaining its standard primary care appointment hours until 4:30 p.m. Jennifer Blonde, a certified family nurse practitioner formerly of Hillsdale Health and Wellness, will lead the walk-in services. This initiative aims to provide a more flexible healthcare model, allowing patients to choose between scheduled appointments with their providers or immediate, same-day medical attention.
The expansion is part of a broader effort by Hillsdale Hospital to prioritize local access to healthcare across the county. According to President and CEO Jeremiah J. Hodshire, the move reflects the organization’s core value that every patient deserves care when and where they need it.
By adding Reading Health Clinic to its network of primary care locations, the hospital continues to focus on individualized health plans and prompt service.
