COMSTOCK TWP., MI (WTVB) – The Bronson boys track team finished second at Friday’s Comstock Invitational, finishing with 116.5 points. The Lady Vikings tied with the host school for sixth place with 34 points. Centreville won both the boys and girls meets.
Brayden Fritz was first in the discus and second in the shot put, Stevie Wilson won the discus and was second in the 300m hurdles, and Dalton Hoard took second in both the 100m and 200m to help pace Bronson’s boys team to their runner-up finish.
The Viking girls were led by Miriam Sanchez, who was second in the 1600m and third in the 800m. Piper Grigsby took second in the 3200m.

Bronson will travel to Reading for a dual meet next Wednesday.
Union City’s home triangular track meet against Concord and Reading, which had been rescheduled from this past Wednesday, has been postponed until Monday, May 11th.
