LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Michigan State Police will take part in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday.
All 31 MSP posts will have their doors open from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. to collect unused or expired prescription pills with no questions asked.
Troopers say unused medications are among the most common entry points for people to misuse the drugs and also pose environmental risks when they are improperly disposed.
