The Early Bird Exchange Club has launched its “Flags Across Branch County” photo contest, inviting local residents to capture and share images that showcase the beauty and significance of the American flag as we celebrate the countries 250th birthday.
Diane Harmon with the Early Bird Exchange Club says the contest is open to everyone regardless of age.
Participants can submit their photographs by emailing them to flagphotocontestbc@gmail.com, with the official deadline for entries set for May 26.
The project is designed to inspire community members to reflect on the values the flag represents while highlighting patriotic displays throughout the county, the club does ask that the photos not contain any type of pollical messaging.
Harmon says cash prizes will be awarded to the top three photos
Winners will be announced on WTVB on June, 15.
