COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Jefferson Elementary School honored 36 local volunteers during its annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon, celebrating their contributions to students and staff.
Volunteers participated in a special program and a symbolic candle-making activity recognizing their efforts in classrooms, at school events, and through the Schools of Hope reading program.
Principal Tobi Reardon emphasized that the relationships and encouragement provided by volunteers are vital to the school’s community and culture.
Officials noted that the time and care invested by these individuals create a more supportive environment for students, strengthening connections throughout the school.
