COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Fairgrounds in Coldwater, Michigan, will host it’s inaugural Rigs & Relics this weekend, featuring a Fire Truck Muster, Motor Coach Rally, and Swap Meet for enthusiasts of historic transportation.
One of the highlights locally will be a retired vintage fire truck that served the Quincy community for over four decades
That’s Rigs and Relics spokesperson Rachael Farquhar, she says that will be just one of an array of classic fire trucks at the event
Presented in partnership with Vintage Media Inc., Vintage Fire Truck & Equipment, Vintage Motor Coach, and GLIAFAA, the event showcases antique fire apparatus and restored motor coaches from across the Midwest and Great Lakes regions.
Farquhar says there will also be some classic police cars as well as the public unveiling of “Memphis,” a restored 1983 Silver Eagle bus once used by bands like Journey.
One of the highlights will be a parade around the fairgrounds at 11:30 a.m. Saturday morning
