COLDSATER, MI (WTVB) -The Coldwater City Council Monday night approved a two percent salary increase for City Manager Keith Baker and gave him a $350 monthly car allowance effective July 1, 2018 after conducting an evaluation of his performance in closed session two weeks ago.
Mayor Tom Kramer said it fwas felt during the closed session that Baker’s performance as City Manager was good.
