Annette Rae Sunday, 59, of Coldwater passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at The Laurels of Coldwater.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place, with a celebration of life to be held Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Interment will follow the service at Oak Grove Cemetery in Coldwater.
Annette was born November 13, 1966, in Coldwater, MI, to Kenneth Sunday and Ruth Maggart. A lifelong member of the Coldwater community, Ann touched the lives of many through her kindness, humor, and genuine love for others. She was a proud graduate of the Waldron Center in Coldwater and approached life with enthusiasm and a joyful spirit that was contagious to everyone around her. She found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. She loved listening to music, reading books especially light romance novels, and spending time coloring. Ann rarely missed her favorite game shows and cooking shows, always eager to test her knowledge or discover a new recipe.
One of her most remarkable gifts was her memory. She was second to none when it came to remembering birthdays, anniversaries, appointments, and special occasions, making those around her feel valued and loved. Known for her quick wit and bright personality, Ann was funny, smart, and full of life. She brought smiles to countless faces and had a special way of making every conversation memorable.
Above all else, Annette cherished her family. The love she shared with them was the center of her life, and she treasured every moment spent together. Annette’s loving heart, joyful laughter, and caring nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Though she is no longer with us, the memories she created and the love she gave will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends. Her life was a beautiful reminder that kindness, laughter, and love are among life’s greatest gifts.
Ann leaves behind her mother Ruth Sunday of Coldwater; her sisters Sherry (Paul) Pann, Deanna Sunday, Becky (Dean) Sloan all of Coldwater; her nieces and nephews Tiffany Russell, Brittany (Don) Goshorn- Lincoln, Becca (Greg) Goshorn Reinke, Adam (Nettie) Sloan, Robert Sloan, Kenneth Sloan, Matt Sunday, Joshua (Heaven) Pann; her several great nieces and nephews; and her favorite doll Mandy.
She was preceded in death by her father Kenneth Sunday.
