COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Downtown Development Authority Board reviewed new bylaws for a second time during their monthly meeting Wednesday morning.
After it was mentioned during a work session in February that the D.D.A. needs board members who will show up for meetings, City Manager Keith Baker said an attendance policy covering unexcused absences is now included in the proposed bylaws.
He said if a board member has three concurrent unexcused absences, or if their total got up to four, it will result in an automatic removal from the board.
Baker said the D.D.A. bylaws were similar to bylaws for the City Council and Planning Commission.
Some more corrections and changes need to be made before the D.D.A. board for final action.
