COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County will hold a special memorial ceremony this Friday, September 11, to mark the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
The solemn remembrance is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. and will take place at the Coldwater Veterans Memorial at Four Corners Park, offering local residents a centralized location to gather in solidarity and reflection.
The milestone anniversary event is designed to honor the victims who lost their lives on that dark day and to recognize the enduring impact of the tragedy.
Community members, local officials, along with veterans will to join together for the outdoor commemoration, which aligns with several concurrent local 25th-anniversary services taking place across the state of Michigan and the country.
