QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – In Big 8 boys soccer Wednesday night, Quincy lost to visiting Stockbridge 2-1.
The two teams played to a scoreless draw in the first half. The Orioles got on the board in the second half with a Max Woodward goal, assisted by Ross Dornbush. The Panthers responded with two goals and the victory. Goalie Dane Johnson had 10 saves.
Quincy fell to 1-3-2 overall, 0-2 in the Big 8, and return to action Monday at Maple Valley.
VERMONTVILLE, MI – Bronson fell to 2-2 overall, 1-1 in the Big 8, with a 6-5 loss at Maple Valley. The Vikings visit Calhoun Christian on Thursday.
