STURGIS, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater High School boys varsity soccer team improved its record to 6-1 Saturday with a 6-0 non-conference win at Sturgis.
Muthana Hajaji had a pair of goals and one assist, with one goal each for Jensley Norvilus, Abed Talius, Johan Aburto, and Romero Saintvil.
Ali Ahmed had two assists, with one each for Saintvil, Shaker Alsoufi, and Walid Ahmed.
Mackenson Berry had two saves in goal as the Cardinals outshot Sturgis 27-2.
The Coldwater junior varsity team beat Sturgis 8-0 in a game that ended with 5:15 to play on the mercy rule.
Both teams host Parma Western Tuesday on AYSO Night.
PARCHMENT, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson High School boys soccer team is now 2-4 on the season after falling at Parchment 10-2 Saturday.
