COLDWATER,MI (WTVB) – Shoppers in both Coldwater and Sturgis will have a new place to shop just in time for the 2026 holiday season.
Bealls has announced they will officially open its doors in Coldwater and Sturgis in November, with both new stores scheduled to hold grand-opening celebrations November 6 through November 8.
The Coldwater store will be located at 573 East Chicago Street in the former Dunham’s Sports building, while the Sturgis location will be at 821 South Centerville Road in Sturgis Plaza.
The approximately 20,000-square-foot stores will offer family apparel, footwear, accessories, home décor, housewares, gifts and seasonal merchandise.
The openings mark Bealls’ entry into Michigan, making the state the 23rd state where the retailer operates.
Four Michigan stores — Coldwater, Sturgis, Charlotte and Owosso — are scheduled to open this fall, with additional locations planned for Niles and Clio in spring 2027.
Bealls currently operates more than 650 stores across 22 states under the Bealls, Bealls Florida and Home Centric names.
