COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Tibbits Opera House is extending its popular Trinkets & Treasures sale on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, inviting bargain hunters to explore a wide variety of donated collectibles and everyday finds.
Originally debuted during Apple Fest, the extended sale serves as a new addition to the lead-up festivities for the 47th Annual Auction, themed “Diamonds & Denim.”
Located at 14 S. Hanchett Street, the sale will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, with the Ghost Light Bar opening from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. for shoppers to enjoy drinks. Saturday’s shopping hours will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and no tickets are required for entry.
In addition to browsing unique items, shoppers can purchase raffle tickets for $10 each to support the Tibbits Opera Foundation and Arts Council, Inc. The drawing, which features a $1,000 grand prize, two Tibbits Summer Theatre 2027 season tickets for second place, and a $250 third-place prize, will take place during the main auction event on Saturday, November 7.
The November fundraiser will feature a 5:30 p.m. Gala Dinner followed by a live auction and entertainment from Dueling Pianos International at 7:30 p.m. Ticketing details for the November events can be found at Tibbits.org.
