ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – Trine University has announced a new initiative to provide students with a faster, more affordable route into high-demand industries.
Beginning in fall 2027, the university’s main campus in Angola, will introduce reduced-credit bachelor’s degree programs in both pharmacology and construction management.
Both programs are structured to be completed in just three years, allowing students to significantly reduce tuition costs and accelerate their entry into their chosen professional fields.
The accelerated tracks are intentionally aligned with specific post-graduation outcomes to meet the distinct needs of employers and advanced degree programs.
Pharmacology majors will graduate equipped to smoothly transition directly into graduate-level medical studies, while construction management graduates will be prepared to immediately enter a robust job market.
Lexie Staten, Trine’s Vice President for Academic Affairs, emphasized that the decision directly supports the university’s philosophy of addressing high-demand industry vacancies while saving families substantial time and money.
Interested students can apply for free through the Trine University Website or the Common App.
