Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Bob was born May 21, 1944 in Auburn, Indiana, to Robert J. White and Emogene (Dangler) White. June 12, 1965, he married the love of his life, Cheryl L. (Richardson) White, beginning a marriage and family that would mean everything to him.
Bob proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force before pursuing a career in carpentry. He worked in commercial carpentry, taking on a variety of jobs throughout his career.
An avid outdoorsman, Bob loved fishing and hunting. Fishing held a special place in his heart, and he enjoyed it so much that he even had his own worm farm. When he wasn’t outdoors, Bob could often be found playing poker or enjoying a round of golf. He was also a member of First Baptist Church in Coldwater.
Bob had a great sense of humor and a way of bringing laughter to those around him. Above all else, he loved his family more than anything. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a proud grandfather and great-grandfather. The memories he created, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave his family will be treasured for years to come.
Bob is survived by his wife, Cheryl White; his children, Bobby Scott (Jessica) White and Charley (Ang) White; his siblings, Sandy Hair, Deb (Fred) Marowelli, Patrick (Jan) White, and Pam White; his grandchildren, Isaac White, Brogan White, Bobby (Leah) White, Veronica White, Sophie (Kristian) Gauss, Martin White, Simon (Bailee) White, Ben White, Julia White, David White, and Anne White; his great-grandchildren, Atticus, Hadley, Millie, and Lynn; and many other loving family members.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, George Hair.
Memorial donations may be directed to the family, with checks made payable to Cheryl White.
