COLDWATER, M I (WTVB) – A 33-year old Pennsylvania man who authorities say was one of three people who had a hand in a marijuana grow operation on West Nettleman Road was sentenced Monday in Branch County Circuit Court.
Anthony Corso was placed on probation for two years after he entered a guilty plea to a marijuana delivery charge. Charges of delivery of other illegal substances, maintaining a drug house and possession of a firearm to commit a crime were dismissed in exchange for his guilty plea.
Corso was given a six month jail sentence with credit for one day served. All of the jail time was suspended over his probation.
He turned himself in last September. Michigan State Police said they found evidence of the pot business back in March 2017 after arriving at the residence to interview someone on an unrelated fraud complaint.
