COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker told the City Council on Monday night a sanitary manhole will need to be repaired near the intersection of Grand Street, North Monroe and Taylor Street and that a large amount of excavation and patching will be needed.
He said in his report that the City is getting a bid from Michigan Paving to mill and pave the patch area and the short section of Taylor Street between Grand and Marshall while work on Marshall is being completed.
Baker added this will minimize the number of patches and joints in this area as well as provide a finished product.
Work on the sewer manhole is expected to begin this month with paving completed by the middle of September.
