COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital will be integrating to new health information management software called EPIC.
EPIC will “go live” May 1, 2019. The software will support various hospital functions.
The hospital is in full EPIC preparation mode. Trainers and staff have been working towards completing the necessary trainings and classes.
Preparation for EPIC began in May of last year for trainers and it has come full circle as they now demonstrate their knowledge to others.
During the transition to EPIC, ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital will welcome between 100 and 150 EPIC trainers and additional employees to the Coldwater area from Toledo, Ohio.
