ADAMS TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – An elderly Coldwater woman was killed Saturday morning in a Hillsdale County traffic accident.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Department says 76-year-old Clara Wolfcale was driving her 2005 Honda Pilot on State Road near Gay Road just before 11:00 a.m. when her vehicle went out of control while she was negotiating a curve. The vehicle then went off the road and struck a tree.
Deputies were assisted by the North Adams Fire Department and the Reading Emergency Unit.
The accident remains under investigation.
