COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – This is the 12th year area students have been given the opportunity to have their artwork on display at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital through the volunteer’s Hospital Enhancement Project.
Participants are range from kindergarteners through high school seniors. They work with their art teachers to submit artwork.
Volunteers, staff, artists and family gathered for the HEP open house Friday, May 10 in the main lobby of ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
In addition to admiring the artwork, prizes were awarded to the first, second and third place winners.
First place went to Sophia Grady, second place was awarded to Linzy Monks while third place was taken by Rachelle Bracy
A team of judges including Hospital President Randy DeGroot, volunteers, directors, art teachers, and a member of the Branch County Art Guild selected the artwork. There were 46 works selected to be hung in the hospital until next March.
