JACKSON, MI (WTVB) – A pair of state-ranked teams meet Friday night as the Coldwater Cardinals take on the Titans of Jackson Lumen Christi in Jackson.
Both teams are 2-0. Coldwater was ranked seventh in Division Three while Lumen Christi was ranked fourth in Division Seven this week in the first Michigan Associated Press High School Football poll of the season.
Lumen Christi has won three straight state titles and will bring a 25-game winning streak into Friday’s game. They have also won 30 out of 31 games with the Cardinals.

Bronson will be hoping to cut down on turnovers Friday night at home against the 2-0 Springport Spartans. The 0-2 Vikings had 185 yards of total offense but had three fumbles and two interceptions in last weeks 26-7 loss to Quincy.
