COLDWATER – (WTVB) – The Tibbits Foundation Board of Directors will hold their annual meeting next Tuesday night, January 21st, at 5:30 p.m..
Architect Tom Roberts is scheduled to present a summary of the most recent research his firm has completed on the building.
The report will provide information on how decorative and structural elements of the historic Opera House should best be treated. Tibbits Opera House was recently listed in the National Register of Historic Places by the National Park Service.
The community and members of the Tibbits Foundation are invited to join the board of directors for a presentation and the annual meeting in the theatre auditorium. Light refreshments will be served.
The meeting includes a review of the 2018-19 fiscal year, a financial report of the theatre and highlights for the year ahead. The annual meeting is held each year according to Tibbits’ Articles of Incorporation.
