BURLINGTON, MI (WTVB) – Firefighters from three departments spent the wee hours of the morning on Thursday battling a house fire in the Village of Burlington in southern Calhoun County.
The fire at 230 East near M-60 was reported at about midnight.
Burlington Township firefighters received mutual aid from Union City and Tekonsha crews.
The Union City Fire Department said on its Facebook page that crews were on the scene for about five hours extinguishing the two story residence.
Union City firefighters cleared the scene shortly before 5:00 a.m. Thursday morning.
According to social media postings, there were no injuries but the house was apparently lost in the flames.
