ORLANDO, FL (WTVB) – Kenny Golladay had a big day, but it went for naught as the NFC lost the Pro Bowl 38-33 to the AFC in Orlando Sunday.
The Lions receiver had three catches for 109 yards, including a 59-yarder. Cornerback Darius Slay contributed four tackles, including three solo.
Lamar Jackson threw a pair of touchdown passes for the AFC. Deshaun Watson and Ryan Tannehill also tossed TD passes, with all three quarterbacks throwing interceptions as well. T.J. Watt returned a fumble 82 yards for a score in the victory, the AFC’s fourth straight over the NFC since the game returned to the conference format.
Kirk Cousins finished 13-of-22 for 181 yards and two touchdowns to Davante Adams in the second half to lead the NFC. However, Cousins also had an interception and the fumble that led to Watt’s score.
Drew Brees and Russell Wilson added TD passes, while Fletcher Cox had a 61-yard pick-six in the setback.
