CLINTON, MI (WTVB) – Clinton High School will be known by something other than the “Redskin” name and logo following action last night by the school board.
Superintendent Jim Cracaft made the announcement, adding they will be looking at a new mascot during the upcoming school year for the district in Lenawee County.
A 2010 vote found nearly 94-percent supported the name, but the school still pulled all of its images of Native Americans.
