COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Board of Directors of Southern Michigan Bancorp, Incorporated have declared a quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share on the outstanding shares of the corporation’s stock.
The dividend is payable on July 24, 2020 to shareholders of record July 10, 2020.
The annualized cash dividend of 92 cents per share represents a 3.28% dividend yield based on the current market price of $28.05 per share.
